Looking for an old DOS game

Postby K-Pone » Wed Dec 08, 2010 8:44 am

Well, when I was young I have played a game on the pc of my cousin, but I neither know the name of it nor where I can get it. Maybe somebody could help me out.

About the game: In this game you play as a ball that jumps on a wooden platform. You have to move the ball around with the cursor keys to avoid it from falling down into the water. While you play, the platform scrolls up and when you reached the top or when you hit an arrow block it scrolls down. You see the whole thing from the top (bird's eye view). I can remember two files which were in the game's folder. One file was "djump.exe" which I used to start the game, and the other file was "jumpball.exe". This game also included a level editor which was a separate program in the game's folder.

I hope somebody of you could tell me where I could get this game or at least its name.

You should try re-creating it in 001 - you've been here years and have yet make a game :D!

aka Chaoman77
Play Fungi Frolic!
Solve platforming puzzles and then make your own!
Play Endless Sands!
Gather gold in a deadly pyramid then (hopefully) return alive to spend it on sweet, sweet loot!

I know. There always were some things which come with the next version, so I decided to wait until it comes out. But this thing repeated for every new version. Also I decided not to use some versions because of specific bugs. By the way, are we still allowed to submit games created with an older version (in my case 1.6)?

Something like this?

EDIT:

This guy was also looking for it, maybe?

The first one, no. The second one seems to be what I'm searching for, except the "space" thing. The game I knew was on wooden tiles over the water.
