(3D) Rotate Graphics with Direction Statter

I'm not sure how to put this in precise terms, but I have noticed that 3D models jump degrees when being smoothly rotated around the Z-axis (Actor Directional Angle) with the "Rotate Graphics with Direction" option enabled. I have been testing some FPS elements a few days ago and came around to this, as it annoys me dearly, how whenever the player rotates the 3D weapon model would stutter, as if it's jumping degrees during the rotation. I don't believe this is normal, as rotations should hypothetically be smooth, unless scripted otherwise. I have checked to make sure that I'm scripting everything correctly and the model rotation itself does seem to be smooth at certain points, but then it jumps. This also occurs during any kind of movement, not just rotation.
