Well, as might be expected, I have my player/party members on a 'Good' team and most NPCs on that 'Good' team as well. My party members are able to simply walk through allied characters, regardless of solidity. I didn't see an option for this in Legacy or Game settings, and I actually had somebody criticize this featuure recently, saying that it must be a bug. So, I'd like solid actors to be solid, regardless of teams. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Unfortunately not, as this is by design. It would cause a lot of problems if team members were solid, as they'd constantly be getting stuck on everything/each other.
