Z-Day the Zombie Tower defense game!!!

I'm rushed for time so I'll pots back with info in a bit, in the mean time feel free to make comments suggestions on the game and what I can add.

Looks spiffy. Is there a story that goes with it?

One idea:
You could have something at the end of the maze that the zombies are after like a house or a school bus full of kids or something. Or a little kid holding a doll. (very easy to script without much change to what you already have).
Protecting something is way more fun and ethical than just shooting down bodies.

Another idea:
You could have regular people walking walking around and have them convert to zombie when they are bit. To do this you would need to widen the maze. You could put more people toward the end of the maze so that it gets harder if you don't stop the zombies fast at the beginning.
Who should I really listen to?

H.gun = handgun? What is the smash turret?
And yep I agree with Meto. You gain new turrets as you lvl right? And you can upgrade the ones you have.

That's what you calla HUD in construction. ;)

As the most of the turrets are actually people I decided to make it so the turrets rank instead of upgrade, Most of the turrets will always be available but specials are gained E.G: Air-strikes, barricades, mines...

Taken into consideration I will give the player something to protect that fits in with the current environment.

Interesting, I will most likely implement as a alternative game mode.

There is a Beta Demo up for people willing to test it so far.

Mmm... downloaded. Doesn't work though, actor 0 don't exist. Also, you could make a note to press enter at the start. ;)

Pretty cool actually, never seen it done on this engine before (Could be wrong) but still.

Thanks I do believe it was probably done in some small way but to do it to this extent required the 1.8 engine with the actors and such.

Please can everyone if you can Beta test it and come back here with it, a better version will be up today so I recommend waiting till then.
Fixes:
-Controls are easily understandable and indicators are shown to help you along.
-The "boob" variable will be fixed :lol: meant to be "bomb" :lol:
-Better Title menu as requested by Zhuge
-Actor "0" not existing will change.
Added:
-Hud added
-Metomuncs protection idea
-Possibly Rank system.

Metomuncs idea for the infection game mode will not be in this version.
Keep the ideas coming!!! :D

Thanks for the downloads people really helps to get your ideas. :D

Erm...I guess you can move it as it is already a game sort of :D

My internet is very weird at the moment hence the delay of progress, this is not true however as even though I cannot upload it I have still continued till my internet is fixed.

hmm, i found some bugs, the turret/human shoots even when you are moving it around the map, you can place turret/humans in the road wher the zombies walk and i think there might be some difference with the price that it says on the left hand side of the page and the actual cost, but really nice game rico
oh and some suggestions you could make a mode where the turret/humans take damage and cost less because it's pretty hard to get lots of money in this
