Nice! Could you possibly upload that as demo to the site? I'm really interested in playing around in it.

There should also be a Change Visual Range event that'll render more of the map in front of you. I think the default is 1024, so if you want more rendered set it to something higher.

First 3D game i have played on 001 and i must say your work is impressive! I didn't encounter any bugs which is brilliant, i do however dislike the fact looking with the mouse is slow but that's not your fault seems alot of mouse moving in 001 is slow, shame 001 doesn't allow you decrease/increase mouse sensitivity, the slowness of the mouse was a little of putting.

The games resolution seems small like its around 1024x768 or something which makes the environment big and blocky, it would be great if you could increase the resolution or give players the option to do it themselves, walking, jumping and crouching work perfectly. The "E" button tilts the camera to the right which is really cool :D Don't know if its suppose to do that?

Overall the demo was great! Stick to this game and perfect it i really enjoy what i played. Well Done!

Edit: Just realized from the comment above what the Q and E are for lol, nice job!

001 isn't the one limiting the mouse sensitivity. I've set my mouse delta inputs to divide the delta value by a variable, which allows faster or slower movement.

Yeah so did I can change the speed 100 to 500. Lower is faster, Higher is slower.

Is that inside 001 or on your computer?

Looking good so far, I suggest upping the movement speed a little bit and maybe adding some slight camera bob to simulate walking. On the camera tilt buttons you also might want to run a set radian to base angle when you release the control to prevent that "cycle repeat effect" and it may just be me but I say flip the Q and E tilt directions.

Like I said looking good!

Hey Boblifey, would you be willing to share your project file by chance? I know a few people that would like to start using a well made template for a first person project.

Also, personally, I could see myself and others using it as a good reference to better their ability of understanding camera scripting :D

Anyway it is entirely up to you ;)
