This game is still being worked on, even if there are periods of not updates :P

I am going to focus on finishing the game, if somethings (like the PTA) don't look too great, well they can be improved on after the game has been finished. However, small graphical defects and such will be fixed.

Story:
The Prison Ship UPS Ravenger is in the process of a transfer mission. When the ship travels closer to a never explored planet, the ship is caught in the planet's gravitational field. The UPS Ravenger crash lands on the planet, and takes damage beyond repair. On board the ship is a prisoner with no known name, who manages to survive the crash and ventures from the ship.

Gameplay:
You control Prisoner 470 (the unnamed prisoner). The gameplay is fairly linear overall, but you are able to go back to places to make sure you have thoroughly explored them.
The game contains blood, gore, and a small amount of swearing.

Options screen: Change anything here to suit your needs. Don't want blood? You can disable it. Don't want all those repeating sounds? You can disable it. Second time round? No problem, disable the cutscenes if you wish. Etc...

Find logs to help you through the story. Understand what others felt, found out and planned.

Talking System.png

Instead of messageboxes, every character is able to talk such at this. Not only does this mean you can still move when 470 is talking, but you can also see what other characters are saying, which with messageboxes would just make you not able to move.

SniperAim.png

What good's a Sniper if you can't aim properly?
(Sniper has a built in rechargeable shield, it charges when you aren't aiming and turns on when you are so you can have more chance to survive from attacks whilst sniping)

MoreRealisticBloodDamage.png

Something gets shot, blood is thrown from it (if blood is enabled). The amount of blood that is thrown depends on how much damage was taken. (note, the red text is showing because I just switched to that weapon)

HUD.png

The HUD when you have no weapons, and little health.
(As you might have seen in other screenshots, there are 'Indicators' that show when you have low health, ammo and ammo in clip)

Inventor.png

Inventory system on side. Can be turned off as to not block the view. Separate buttons to navigate and use, so no accidental uses.
(For the flashlight, the number is the number of batteries left, not the number of flashlights)

There are many other features that are small, and not easily shown / you won't get the full impact. You'll have to play the game to get the full impact of everything.



The game uses little defaults, mainly only the Male character and some clothing, and the medkit icon.
Everything else is done by me or other people - there is a full credit sequence that can be viewed from the main menu.

FIXED - Going through/jumping over the red shield gates
FIXED - Changing the difficulty doesn't actually affect the difficulty too much
FIXED - Splashing sound is not played when in water and jumping
Features\Other
- Made interfaces slightly easy to navigate
- Size of blood sprayed is based apon percentage of health lost
- Added 1 new area, including 1 boss (so far, more areas will be added)
- Removed sounds from Question and PTA interfaces
- Added action icons at every place you can do an action

Story sounds good, but if its going to be in the future, why would there be iron bars? Wouldnt there be an electromegnetic field or infared lasers or something? Just some thing to think about :P

haha, thanks for pointing that out, I will put up some kind of electromegnetic field ;)
